Garnethill Private Sitting Room, Private Bathroom

We are a family living in a beautiful flat in Garnethill, City Centre. Walking distance to basically everything! The room is really two rooms, right off the front door plus a private bathroom. The two rooms (double bedroom and sitting room) have an internal door connecting them. The bathroom (bathtub and shower) is the next door down and is private to the rented rooms. It's like a flat within a flat. The shared kitchen is big and sunny. The flat is 3 flights up and in a beautiful listed building with a back garden. We are two busy, creative professionals (one of us works from home) and our son is a student at uni. We have a dog, who is very friendly and just likes to sit in the sun. Our ideal tenant is a hard working Post Graduate student who is tidy and respectful.
