I have 4 months left on my contract at Unite Students Kyle Park House, located near Townhead in Glasgow. The lease ends on August 30th. It's a short walk from Glasgow Caledonian University, Strathclyde University and the city centre. The room features an en-suite, a desk and plenty of storage. Bills are included in the rent and there is space to park as long as you enquire about it with the office. There will be 3 other flatmates. There is also a large kitchen/livingroom area with a TV and plenty of storage.
