Hello we're Holly (22) and Julia (21), two students graduating from UofG in June! We have a spare, spacious double room available, fully furnished located on Sauchiehall street. This flat has a living room, kitchen, four rooms in total and two bathrooms. Rent is 500 monthly, bills not included. We are tidy, sociable, and easy to live with. Ideally, tenants moving into one of these rooms will stay here for at least a year. This flat is under council tax band C (students exempt). Friendly landlord!
We are looking for two girls aged 20-24 who are clean, friendly and social to move into this flat. Moving in preferably end of May/beginning of June!
