Double bedroom with Ensuite for rent - Glasgow

Hi! I am looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out. The room is a double room with built-in wardrobe and ensuite and the flat has a shared kitchen and living area. It is a spacious, furnished flat located between the Hydro and Anderston train station, so is only a short walk to Finnieston and into Glasgow City Centre. There is also a Lidl within walking distance and good transport links. The price per month is inclusive of all bills currently and council tax which is band F but this may vary slightly depending on providers, etc. Parking within the building is also available if you could just let me know if this would be required.

I am 26 and a working professional so would be looking for someone who is of a similar age and also a working professional. There is a large dining table/dining area which would be suitable for working from home if required. Pets and smoking are both not allowed in the flat and references will be required to be approved before acceptance.

I am sociable and (like to think) I am fun to live with but equally like to have my own space sometimes. I like to spend my time around Finnieston going for walks in Kelvingrove and trying out the bars and restaurants in the area so always have good recommendations. Would be looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of the flat. If you are interested I would be happy to discuss further - the move in date would be around the end of June/start of July.
