Looking for a replacement tenant - Dobbie’s Point

Hi, I am trying to find a replacement tenant for an en-suite silver plus terrace room at Dobbie’s point student accommodation. The room and facilities are very nice and the contract would be about a year starting in August. Please ignore the address as a specific address has not been given to me yet since the accommodation releases that in August. Really close to Glasgow Caledonian, as well as the University of Strathclyde and the city of Glasgow college making it perfect for students.
