Two rooms to let in Charing Cross

Hiya! Looking for nice & friendly flatmates to move in as soon as possible really, start/mid November or December. The flat is for 3 people, me and a flatmate are moving out and the other flatmate is staying.

The flat is located very near the city centre [walking distance], and quite near the Uni of Glasgow as well. There is Lidl, Tesco, and Co-Op nearby. Loads of storage space in the flat too. It is fully furnished too, including a washing machine, ironing tools, bed, and a mattress [although the sheets have to be provided]. It has a communal kitchen and a bathroom, and two cupboards for storage.

The rent may go up when the flatmate changeover happens as the letting agency have always done that. I'd imagine it would go up by another £30.

The flat is very chill and lovely, and the current flatmates are easy to get along to. The staying flatmate is a non-student so non-students would be preferable for council tax reasons [the council tax band is D]. LGBT preferred as we are all queer. No parties or loud noises in the flat, we are all chill. :]
