Spare Room In 3 Bedroom Flat

We are 2 students currently studying at the University of Strathclyde, looking for a tenant to rent a spare room in our flat. We are in our 3rd year and would preferably like another student in our flat, as to avoid paying council tax. The flat is a 5 minute walk away from Strathclyde university and a 15 minute walk away from the city centre. There is also a bus stop nearby which takes you into the city centre. There is a Tesco express only a 10 min walk and a large Aldi 20 mins away. Buchanan Bus Station is also only a 10 mins walk away. The room consists of a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a bedside table. There is a spacious shared kitchen: with oven, washing machine, fridge and a freezer. There is also a large shared living room. There is also a good amount of storage space in the flat too. We are both easy going, tidy, respectful and enjoy socialising.
