Hello! I’m living in a Classic Studio at Base Glasgow in the city center, looking for a tenancy takeover! I’ll be moving out June 23 and my lease ends on September 13. The rate is £184/week and would have to be paid to Base in full before arrival (in the summer, Base books like a hotel so they don’t do guarantors).
Base is only allowed to rent out to rcs students, so anyone moving in early, on a 41-week lease needing somewhere to stay for 2 months, or doing summer courses at rcs would be ideal!! Please message me if you’re interested!!
