My name's Jack and I'm looking for someone to move in to this flat as my current flatmate is soon moving out. The flat is located in the Merchant City, close to the University of Strathclyde. You'd have your own double room and your own bathroom too! The flat is very spacious and has a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. It's also located right in the city centre, ideal for access to shops or if you work in the city.
About me, I'm 23 years old and about to finish up my master's degree. I'm pretty easy going and would be delighted to have a flatmate I could hang out with sometimes but I'm also respectful of space and boundaries. In my spare time I enjoy climbing, watching football, and the occasional pint.
I'm ideally looking for a non-student for council tax reasons. The flat is in band F so council tax would be around £135 p. m per person.
