Hello,
En-suite room available in student accommodation i'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy at St mungos student roost for the next academic year.
My tenancy ends July 7th but you could take over from 3rd september 2024 until 8th July 2025. £250 deposit deposit in order to secure your booking, this is returnable to you upon your departure. There are no other fees involved other than your deposit and rent charges.

£219 per week all inclusive, room is bigger in person you could book for a viewing
3 mins walk from the University of Strathclyde
5 mins walk from Caledonian University
5 mins walk from Buchanan bus station
7 mins walk from subway

Available: 3/09/24-8/07/25 ( can be rebooked for the next year as well)
