Hi I’m Michelle. I have a spare room in Glasgow city centre.

🚶‍♀️It has 5 minutes walk distance from Glasgow central station and the subway. The location is G1 4PE.

My roommate is going move to another country on 31st August. So I’m looking for a new roommate to take another room.

The rent of this room is 620£ per month. And the extra bill( Internet bill + electric bill) normally is around 80£ per person.
(The council tax will be around 350£ per month.)

It is a single room with a double bed. You will have your own large bathroom🛁. Due to the landlord required, the minimum rent term is 1 year.

I’m an easygoing person. I would like to build friendship with my roommate! Also I respect you need your own space.

LGBTQ+ 🌈 would be a bonus.
