I’m looking for a friendly and clean flatmate. The room is a fully furnished double bedroom with good walk in storage with its own bathroom is located in the city centre of Glasgow in a modern and spacious 2-bedroom flat with a balcony. The living / kitchen space is bright and open plan. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine.

About me:
I’m Greg, a 4th year student at Strath studying Sports Design Engineering , looking for a new flatmate as my last one moved out after completing his course in June. I had a new flatmate lined up for September 1 but he has had a last minute change in circumstances and can’t move in now so am looking for another one ! I like football, swimming, going to the gym and going out in town for pints/nights out. I work part-time as a lifeguard and have lots of friends in the city. I would like to live with someone I can socialise with and feel relaxed around.

About you:
Someone clean and tidy who respects the space. Good fun, likes football and going out to the pub. Someone who is at uni like myself and is roughly at the same point with their course.

I am happy to offer viewings or video tour if that would suit better. It would be great to meet in person before any offers were made to see if you would be the right fit.
