Hello we're Julia (21) , Holly (22), and Jade (22) all graduating from uni this summer! We have a spare, spacious double room available, fully furnished located on Sauchiehall street. This flat has a living room, kitchen, four rooms in total and two bathrooms. Rent is 500 monthly, bills not included. We are tidy, sociable, and easy to live with. Ideally, tenants moving into one of these rooms will stay here for at least a year. This flat is under council tax band C. Friendly landlord!

We are looking for someone aged 20-25 who is clean, friendly and social to move into this flat. No students sorry. Moving in end of July the latest!!
