Tenancy takeover

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy for a student accommodation. It is for the 2024-2025 session it is a 44 week contract but I am sure you can extend it if needed directly with the accomodation. It is a double ensuite room , fully furnished with many amenities provided by the accomodation including gym, laundry, social spaces (game room, cinema room and study space)- pictured. It is the cheapest student accomodation in city centre as most others have gone up over £200 a week. Very close to university of strathclyde and caledonian as well as the city centre with great transport links and shops right at the foot of the door. I’m only letting go as I am unsure of my studies at the moment and am likely to move out of Glasgow. Please let me know asap if you are interested.
