I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for student accomodation from mid-December/ January to July 2025. It is a double ensuite room, fully furnished with amenities provided by the accommodation, including: gym, laundry, cinema room, game room, study space, and local store. You would be sharing an extra large living space and kitchen with four female flatmates that all attend University of Strathclyde. 5 minute walk to Strathclyde and 15 minute walk to Caledonian. 5 Minute walk to the city center of Glasgow. 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket - Aldi.
