The flat is a lovely modern furnished apartment with two bedrooms. Other room is occupied by a 25yr old working female who is lovely and friendly.

The room also has a floor to celieng juliet windows which opens completely and gives a balcony feel within the room.
There is one shared bathroom with bath over shower. And the living room consists of an open plan kitchen with all white goods installed including a dishwasher, toaster, sandwich griller and hot water kettle which is free to use. It also has a 4 seater dining area and sofa to lounge. The washer including complete dryer is installed as well.

Location wise the building has a secure entrance and in a quiet area. George square/Queen Street Station is 10mins, High Street 5mins, Morrisons Store 2mins, Tesco 4mins, Aldi 5mins, Buchanan Street 10mins. So you get the quiet along with city centre and convenience stores being next door. Perfect for young professionals/couples or students as Strathclyde University is 5mins walk away.
