Looking for someone interested in taking over the let agreement for an ensuite room at Buchanan View Student Residence, Calgary Street, Glasgow. This was booked for my son who no longer needs the accommodation.

Contract Length: 45 weeks
Arriving: 03 September 2024
Departing: 13 July 2025
Cost: £205 per week paid over four payments in the months of Sept, Nov, Feb and May. Total 45 week cost is £9, 166.43.
24 hr reception, communal kitchen, laundry facilities, access to bike store and flat post box, as per most student residences.
You must be a student to take over this contract but we will pay the deposit for you.
