I've got the cheapest rate for this accommodation because I booked it extra early :)

Modern common area with pool table, video games, table tennis, laundry room, garden and very helpful reception staff. 24/7 on site security guards.
All the bills, wifi and maintenance are included in the price. Parking can be rented at any time during your tenancy.

A few minutes walk to GCU and about 10min to Strathclyde. 5 min walk to the nearby Tesco express and 7 min to Buchanan bus station which has direct buses to both Edinburgh and Glasgow Airport.

The building is being renovated and will include a gym and better overall facilities.

From 3rd of September 2024 to 8th of July 2025 with possibility to extend over summer and rebook for the following year.

188£/week (payable upfront, a bit more expensive if you would like to pay in installments) is the cheapest room of the building, currently sold out, i can unfortunately not afford it, hence why I am looking for a tenancy takeover.
