Double Room- Garnethill

Ive received many message requests and will go through them accordingly but unfortunately i cannot do any viewings until later next week. Please make sure you read the description and are happy with the preferences.

Im looking to fill a double room in a big Garnethill flat as my flatmate will be moving out in September. Looking for someone who is LGBT friendly and ideally involved in the activism scene. I host small gatherings with other likeminded folk who are passionate about climate and social justice and learning from each other and different cultures- I would love for my new flatmate to be involved in this.

I would like to keep it as a chill place, so no parties etc. Otherwise i also like to take time to myself and recharge in my own company and happy to leave others to do so also!

Must be tidy and happy to look after the place together and share the responsibility of maintaining it. This is a vegan and non-alcoholic household so no animal products or alcohol in the flat please. No smoking and no pets.

Utilities for gas and electric are top up and i've gotten into a good routine of topping up weekly-biweekly. Estimate bills will be around 50£ each maybe more in the winter. Wifi is currently £20 each but we can switch to another provider as the current one is under my flatmates name. Council tax band B. No students please as would like to split cost of council tax.
