Room in Flat for Rent

This well located flat is on the 9th floor of a well maintained residential development Ideally located on Bath street, only a 15 minute walk into city centre and a 20 minute walk into the west end.

The room available in the flat has a built in wardrobe, nice big windows and access to shared bathroom. There is also a shared living room/ kitchen.

Bills are not included in the rental price but tend to be around £90 (£45 each) a month for utilities and £40 (£20 each) for wifi. The property is council tax band F.

I have just recently graduated and I am currently working in a bar-restaurant whilst applying for graduate jobs. I am ideally looking for a young professional to move into the flat so that the cost of council tax can be shared equally. I am however willing to consider students but this would likely be for a rental amount closer to £600 (Reflective of a contribution to council tax even though exempt).
