Hi, I am going travelling for a few months at the start of 2025, so have a furnished double bedroom with ensuite available for rent whilst im away!
The flat is 3 bed, with 2 bathrooms (1 being the ensuite in the available room). Shared spaces include a kitchen and separate living room, as well as a small balcony. Flat has its own entrance (no shared close)
We are located just east of Glasgow city centre, less than a 5 min walk from the nearest train station (high street) and shops.

Strathclyde Uni - 5-10 min (depending on where on campus you're going)
George Sqr/ Buchcannan St -15 min walk
Queen St. Station/subway - 15 mins walk
Central Station - 20 min walk
West End - 45 min - 1hr walk or 20-30mins by public transport
