Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my current Silver studio apartment at Merchant Studios. It's a silver-type studio (£274 a week), and dual occupancy is allowed! It is a fantastic option for couples to stay here :) so two people can split the rent.
All bills are included, so no need to worry about bills!!
It is available from 20th of September and we can discuss the time when you would like to move in.
When I moved in, it was the perfect condition. The tenancy period is 51 weeks - until 26th of August. Also, if you want to rent the same studio for 2025-2026, you can stay in the same room! (No need to move your stuff)
This lovely silver studio is located on the top floor (5th) so the view is amazing!
Merchant Studios is the #1 student accommodation in GLASGOW :) It's comprised of only studio apartments, and students can either live alone or share their studio with someone else.
- Located in City Centre
- Walking distance from Strathclyde Uni, Glasgow Caledonian and city of Glasgow, but uni of Glasgow can be reached by subway (High Street - 2/3 mins walk, Queen Street Station/Subway station is 10-minute walk from the studio)
- Aldi (3 mins walk), Morrisons (10 mins walk), Sainsburys (10 mins walk)
- Students ONLY!!!!
- Common areas: game room, study room, TV room, meeting room, gym, laundry room, lounge.
- No pets, no smoking allowed
