Hello,

I am moving out of my flat and looking for someone (20-28 years old) to take over my lease. My flatmate is a 22-year-old student. She is very tidy and considerate.

The flat is a 2 bed 1 bathroom with a gorgeous open plan lounge and kitchen in Merchant City. Overall rent per month is £1150 (£575 per person, assuming the rent does not increase with the new lease agreement) and there is a joint deposit of £1750 required (£875 per person). It was originally unfurnished, so you would also have to pay for the furniture. The living room furniture (mandatory cost) is £195. The bedroom furniture (includes bed frame, mattress, duvet + pillows, dresser, side table, lamp, 2 shelves (not shown in photos)) is £250.

There is a communal atrium which we have direct access to. The building has a lift, bike storage and a private parking spot.

The ideal candidate will be open-minded, kind and tidy, ideally a student. Stef is quite quiet and likes private space and she will respect yours too. She is looking for a flatmate she can communicate well and get along with. She is a full-time student so you will need to be considerate about noise (nothing extreme just basic human decency). The flat itself is quiet despite being very central and the building is secure.
