About the flat: Stylish, modern, 2 bedroom flat right in the heart of the city centre on Argyle Street (around the corner from Glasgow Central Station and St Enoch Subway Station).

Flat has welcoming hall with loads of storage, open plan living area, with plenty of room for dining and fully integrated kitchen. It is a two, bed two bath with the room available being an ensuite.

Rent is £625 each not including bills - bills should be coming in around £180-£220 mark each on top of rent (council tax band F being one of the more pricey ones). Deposit is £885 each.

I’m a 24-year-old vet, I moved to Glasgow last year after spending 5 years living in Edinburgh and I have enjoyed settling in to Glasgow this past year. I am originally from the Netherlands but went to uni in Edinburgh. Love a pub night on a Friday night and going for a walk and brunch on a Sunday morning. Would love to live with someone who would be up for some movie nights, dinners together and an occasional night out.
