Gorgeous Single Flat Bills Incly Full Furnished

I am going on research leave for 10 whole months in Eastern Europe and need to sublease my flat while I'm away :) I can get my personal belongings out of the way (or you can borrow some of my stuff like clothes etc.) and flat originally came fully furnished with great furniture. Bed and room is definitely large enough for two if a couple wanted to rent. Flat is quite large for single person with super high ceilings and massive gorgeous windows for tons of natural light (completely out of view if street level and building across street is empty) Ceiling decorated with gorgeous antique masonry, with a 100% private ensuite bathroom and private large kitchen with stove, oven, etc. Washing Machine also included. All bills, councils taxes, wifi, and every imaginable additional costs included in the listed rental price. Extremely convenient location right on Sauchiehall street, but far enough down where you don't get noise from nightclubs and bars. Flat needs to be rented for a minimum of 10 months, nut super flexible and you can leave before as long as you find a replacement sub-leaser. The subletting will go from October 1st 2024 - September 1st 2025, but can potentially grant an extra month or two depending on my post research travel plans if needed :) Am also happy to give the option for you to borrow the personal possessions I leave behind like clothes, kitchenware, books etc. for the year if you'd prefer, or can clear this all out of the way/empty out all the furniture. If a couple wants to move in there is tons of room for second set of furniture like an entire second wardrobe/drawers in addition to the ones already in the room. Council Tax Band is C, but council taxes are all covered in monthly rent payment
