Looking for a friendly and sociable flatmate to take over a bedroom in a flat in the city centre from 1st November 2024.

About the flat: spacious, modern and fully furnished 2 bedroom flat in Glasgow City Centre on Argyle Street. Close to Glasgow Central Station and St Enoch Subway Station.

Flat has 2 secure door entries, concierge Monday - Friday 9-6 and security at nights. Communal areas are cleaned on a weekly basis.

Flat has a good sized hall with lots of storage, large open plan living area with full kitchen, dining area, living room and desk. The flat has two double bedrooms, main bathroom and the room available for rent is 1 double with en suite.

Rent is £650 per month each paid to letting agent. Bills come to about £200-£220 per month each (Council tax is a band F, electricity approx £120, Wi-Fi and tv licence £15). Deposit is 1 month’s rent.

I’m 31 year old professional working in the city centre, originally from Dundee but have been living in Glasgow for 3+ years now. I do tend to wfh 1/2 days per week but happy to work this to suit you aswell. I’ve lived in this flat for almost 3 years with my flatmate who is now moving in with her boyfriend. Would like to live with someone sociable who would be friendly in the flat and occasionally going out for food/drinks/movie.

The flat is in a really handy location, you can walk to west end or city centre and if you work in town will save lots of time (and money) on your commute!
