Details: Due to personal reasons, I am subleasing this room for £299 (original price) per week, bills included. The sublease will be done officially through the property management, with no sublease fees, and monthly payment is accepted.

Available: from November 1st (move-in date negotiable) until the end of August 2025 (with the option to renew the lease directly with the property for the next year).

With air conditioning, it stays warm and comfortable in winter without being too dry, and cool in the summer. Plus, the air conditioning stays on even when the windows are open.

Ample storage space, including a large wardrobe, drawers, and under-bed storage.
