A single room is available in a 3 bed property in G3. We are currently three friends staying in this property, however, one room will be getting free from December 1st. The rent is 600/month. In addition to this the council tax comes around 85 per month and utilities which is about 50 per head.

Looking for someone who stays clean and tidy without making a mess in the common spaces. We enjoy watching good movies/tv shows together, gaming and listening to music but we also respect each other's private space so it's gonna be very easy going!!!
