1 room available near Kelvingrove park

The available room is a single room in a 3BHK property. We are currently three friends staying in this property, I am leaving for a month so this room will be available for that let period. The rent is inclusive of all the bills(Wifi, gas, electricity, etc.), however, council tax is NOT included. The apartment is under council tax band C so you'll have to pay approximately 40-50ish for that along with the other flatmates.

It's in a great location right next to Kelvingrove park with access routes such as-
15 min walk to University of Glasgow
12 min walk to the nearest subway station
20 min walk to Buchanan street
Lidl and Tesco supermarket 5-10 min walk

We enjoy watching good movies/tv shows together, gaming and listening to music but we also respect each other's private space so it's gonna be very easy going!!!
