Incredible flat and flatmate in trongate

If you are looking for a new place to stay next to the city center and you are open to know other cultures while having some fun probably we are a good match!

The appartment is incredible, practically new, everything working, 2 rooms with a big living room and 2 toilets. If you don´t believe me, You can judge it by yourself in the video. Someone helps us keeping it clean comming every two weeks (Extra expenses).

This month the rent is going to go up to 640 each per month, with bills and council tax is aproximatelly 150 extra (around 800 / month)

A good thing of living next to the city center is that most of the good places are close:

We have 3 supermarket options next to us, tesco (5 mins), Aldi (8 mins) and Morrisons (15 mins).

Glasgow green about 2 mins of distance if you are up for a walk.

A lot of cafes, pubs and music less than 5 mins away.

For gym rats, there are around 3 big gyms next to us with all that you can ask for (Swiming, martial arts, machines, yoga...).

I am a normal person, I like to have fun, going out from time to time, invite friends for dinner, paint, chill, watch something... I am looking for a person that wants something similar so we are confortable and feel like home.

I try to keep my mess to myself so I try to keep everything as clean as posible in the common spaces.

I love to organise international dinners where people from random nationalities bring one plate so everyone can try it. When I am not doing that, I am probably reading, doing hikes or some other sport.
