The five rooms in the ensuite, only four people live there, paid in four instalments, the first instalment I have paid myself, if the tenant wants to rent this house, the first instalment does not have to make up the money to me. I'll pay you the second instalment for as long as I live, it is an official contract, you can go to the official. Deposit is 0 and I'll pay 50 pounds for the sublet management fee.

The flat is about a ten-minute walk from the University of Strathclyde and a five-minute walk from Caledonian University. Half an hour from Glasgow University.

Very close to Buchanan bus station and Queen Street train station where you can catch a train to most cities in Scotland.

My room was the largest in the set and was very comfortable to stay in! The roommates are all Chinese girls who can cook good Chinese food and are very nice to work with!
