Hi,
I am heading abroad and looking for a new person to occupy my double room.
The flat is very well located with numerous amenities and transport links just minutes walk away ( right next to Strathclyde University ). Flat is on the 1st floor, with secure building entry.

Rent per month: £800 ( this includes all bills including electricity, broadband, council tax band E ) all inclusive.

You will be sharing with my friend, a 29 year old Chinese female working professional. She is clean, tidy and respectful and open to be sociable.
The room is only available to female only flat sharing.

There will be double glazed windows installed before the start of the tenancy for extra privacy and noise reduction levels. Not visible on the pictures right now as in work.
