Hi! I’m a student at UofG and I am moving out of my student accommodation. Which means, I have it for a tenancy takeover if anyone’s interested! Some basic info of the property:

Student accommodation at Foundry Courtyard Kennedy Street in Glasgow. G4 0DB

Room is available to anyone who needs a room. The rent will be paid by term as best suited for students. Next rent instalment is due for mid December! There are 3 instalments which makes it feasible for you to pay! Weekly rent is £194 for 44 weeks (you have the property until 12th July 2025 but are more than welcome to move out earlier when term finishes if needed- last rent instalment is cheaper because of this!). Monthly rent translates to £774.

Short walk to Glasgow Caledonian University and Strathclyde University- 10 minutes! Also near: Glasgow City College.
Buchanan bus station is a 10 minute walk where you can grab the 77 bus if you are a University of Glasgow student. 77 bus runs regularly so there’s no problem with not being able to catch it on time!

Local food shops are just opposite the accommodation also.

The room is a Bronze Sky View En-suite with a shared kitchen. Tenants will receive space in both the fridge and freezer as well as an upper cupboard, lower cupboard and drawer in the kitchen.

The room includes a double bed with plenty of under bed storage. As well as a large wardrobe and plenty of desk shelving and space for study and work. The bathroom shower and toilet works perfectly with plenty of space.

If wanted, I have a brand new pack of toilet rolls that I’m giving for free! Also offering to give a brand new unopened fresh bedding sheet!
