Double, ensuite room in city centre

Hello,
I am looking for someone to take over my room temporarily, as I am moving out for work. The flat is located in a safe neighbourhood in Merchant City, just a 2-minute walk from Strathclyde University. You would be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, who works full-time. Ideally, we are looking for a professional, but mature students are welcome too.

The flat is on the 5th floor—central yet quiet, as the room faces the backyard, so you don’t hear the noise from the city centre. We are looking for someone who is tidy, clean, and respectful. It would be a bonus if you’re sociable, as my flatmate enjoys the occasional shared dinner or breakfast. He is a very nice and respectful person.

You will have your own bathroom and toilet. The kitchen and the living room are shared. The flat has all the amenities you would need.
