I am looking for someone to take over the contract of my gold studio flat from iQ Student accommodation located in Glasgow city centre, as I have completed my studies. I have stayed here the past years and I guarantee you it is the best student accommodation you can find in Glasgow.

Rent is £316 per week, with all bills included. This price is lower than the prices you will find on their website as I was a tenant for a while. If you are the lucky one who wishes to stay here, the contract will be transferred to your name by the accommodation staff members with this price and you will be the contract owner.

The contract will be up to 30/08/2025 and you can renew it for next year if you don’t wish to move.

Description of the studio and the accommodation:

Please note: These images are the images of the actual room. As you will see the room itself is bigger than the one advertised on the website, with a bigger bathroom, with a proper table and chairs, and double the space for clothes. In a lower price than you can find it in the market.
