Tenancy takeover for student accommodation

Room is on the 10th floor. I will be leaving this place permanently, so the person who takes over my contract will live in the studio on their own until the end of the tenancy agreement (January 13th to August 30th). Must be at least 18 and a student. The room is non-smoking. There are brand new laundry facilities in the building and social spaces that can be taken advantage of, including a gym.
