One room in G3 for renting

4 minutes walk from Glasgow school of Art, 13 minutes by subway from Glasgow University, 18 minutes by subway from Strathclyde, 2 minutes walk from the subway station, 5 minutes walk from Omart and Tesco. It has convenient transportation to everywhere and the city center is within walking distance.

There are two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and two bathrooms. I am a live-in landlord staying in the living room and another lodger in the master bedroom. The small room in the picture is for rent. In addition to the furniture in the picture, it also has a writing desk and a wardrobe. We share the bathroom.

Would like the lodger,
•Try not to use the kitchen after 10pm and be as quiet as you could in the earlier morning if using kitchen.
•Don't mind if I play the piano every day from 6 to 8pm
•It's okay to bring friends over occasionally, but not very often
•The rent is 650 pounds/month, not including any bills (wifi, council tax, utilities) shared equally by everyone. In summer, the utilities is about 30-50 per person. In winter, around 50-100 per person. Council tax 74 per person. WiFi 10 per person.
