Takeover comfortable room at Dobbies Point

Room is available from 14. January 2025 and minimum stay should be until end of August 2025 or longer.

If you're looking for a flat to join with a friend, there is another room available in the same flat atm.

Photos are just to show, actual room differs. Matress is provided, rest needs to be brought yourself like kitchen stuff, beddings, etc.

Dobbies point is near the University of Strathclyde, Buchanan bus station and has a tesco downstairs. It's perfectly situated to get to the city, shops and Unis.

1 room in a shared flat on the 3rd floor (only 1 bed 3/4 sized, couldn't choose the option in the drop down!)

The room has a own bathroom, wardrobe, study station and space for all your stuff.

The staff organises cute events for the residents. They are also very lovely to have a nice chat after a long day at Uni! They have been very helpful when I needed something.

There are spaces for bikes, smoking area outside, a terrace on the building, laundry and little gym on-site. Everything you need is there. For quick food emergencies there is a Tesco right around the corner.

Walking distance to UoS is ~5-10 minutes. There is a bus station in front of the building if u need to go somewhere else.
