City Centre Flat Share for April

Large double room for rent in Glasgow City Centre, located in Townhead, right next to Strathclyde University. It's under a ten minute's walk to the City Centre and is very close to Buchanan Bus Station. Available to move in from March 22nd, though rent is covered for March and won't need to be paid until April 1st. There's lots of storage for belongings, including bikes and scooters, along with sizeable fridge and freezer space as well as cupboards.

Rent is £600 per calendar month + £600 pound deposit. Sharing with two students in their mid twenties, but student status is not required to be considered. Council tax band B, though council tax is not needed for students. Utilities are split between three and come to approxiately £30 per person per month.
