Double Room W Private Bathroom In Merchant City

My name is Brigid, I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out due to graduating.

Located in Merchant City area, the flat is a relatively new build 2 story home in an apartment complex. It's very modern and spacious with high ceilings and a mezzanine which is the designated shared study area with 2 desks.
The room available is a furnished double room with built in wardrobes and your own private bathroom.
The shared spaces include the living room, kitchen and mezzanine.

The flat is in a great location;
- 10 min walk to St Enoch subway
- 15 min walk to Glasgow Queen Street or Central station
- <5 min walk to Tesco Express
- 1 min walk to Trongate
- <1 min walk to Glasgow Green

Although being very central, the flat is very private and there's not much outside noise heard from the flat itself.
The flat is located in an apartment complex which is very safe and modern, wheelchair accessible as there's a lift although the room available is upstairs which is not wheelchair accessible.

Rent is split evenly at £565 pcm each.
Bills are not included in the rent and are split evenly between flatmates, coming to roughly £45 per month each (electricity, wifi, ect).
As I'm a student, l do not pay council tax which means if you are not a student you will have to pay 75% of the council tax for the flat which is Band E.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, my name is Brigid and I'm a 21 year old student. I'm a very tidy and an easy to get along with person. I enjoy listening to all different types of music as well as making my own occasionally.
I'm quite a social person so I like to spend time with my friends or family either just at home having a cosy night in or going out to gigs/bars/festivals!
I'm a student at UofG studying Environmental Geoscience and I have a part time job on the weekends, so I keep myself quite busy. I also do quite a lot of at home baking on the side so I do love the kitchen. This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly flat and l'm a vegan too so I'm looking for someone who is also vegan/ vegetarian/plant based!
I'm looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces, likes a tidy and clean environment and is easy to get along with. I'd prefer female or non-binary but I'm open to all genders and someone similar age to me! 🌈
