Currently, there is one other female flat mate living in the property. She is a working professional, highly organized, and keeps the flat neat and tidy. Together, we take turns each week to clean the communal areas and manage the bin, ensuring a well-maintained and pleasant living environment. She values her personal space and is incredibly respectful of others, making her a quiet and considerate housemate.
Bills per month are around £200 per person (this is inclusive of electricity, wi-fi and council tax, even if you are a student you will have to pay council tax, that is how the current arrangement works). Electricity provider is octopus energy and we pay £60 each pm, wifi is virgin media and it comes to around £16 each pm, council tax band is C- Presently, it is at £200 pm.
Also, background check will be required and will be submitted to the letting agency.
