Bills per month are around £200 per person (this is inclusive of electricity, wi-fi and council tax, even if you are a student you will have to pay council tax, that is how the current arrangement works). Electricity provider is octopus energy and we pay £60 each pm, wifi is virgin media and it comes to around £16 each pm, council tax band is C- Presently, it is at £200 pm.
Also, background check will be required and will be submitted to the letting agency.
