This is a student accommodation close to the University of Strathclyde, usually suitable for pre-school students, interns or anyone needing a short term rental in the city centre, I am looking for a tenancy from 3 May to 23 August (16 weeks)!

Room: superb en-suite (all bills included)
Bathroom is personally owned.
Room size: 25 square metres (my room is the largest)
Bed: Double bed

Roommates: shared the kitchen with 6 other tenants besides me (everyone was very nice and the kitchen was clean, no littering or taking other people's stuff).
The name of the flat is St James. They have short term lets available to book in the summer, so if you want to renew for dates after 8.23 you can book here!

Location: opposite the University Library in Strathclyde.
1 minute walk to the university library and gym.

Reception 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Very safe and secure with security card access through triple security gates!

OFFICIAL SUBLET: You will assume my contract for this period (until 23 August) and pay a lump sum at the official rate of £240 per week for subsequent tenancies, but I will reimburse you for the difference (a difference of £70 per week). I myself live in Glasgow all year round, so please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. If you are renting from May, the current price is still negotiable!
I am currently the tenant of this property but need to move elsewhere for personal reasons so would like someone to take over my tenancy.

If you are able to pay all-inclusive (from May), I will provide a laundry card worth 150 💷 (enough for 3 months), and I will leave pillows, duvets, bedside tables, floor-to-ceiling cloak racks, and bathroom shelves for you if needed, which I will pick up at the end of the tenancy, so that you can move in turnkey. Of course, there is also a gym and cinema in the flat for your use!
