Lovely room to let in very spacious flat

My name is Marie. I own a super nice, very bright, clean and spacious flat in Glasgow city centre within easy walking distance to Strathclyde, Glasgow, Caledonian Unis, Glasgow School of Art and Royal Conservatoire.
I have been renting a room in my flat to a student since my son finished University and moved to work in London. I’ve really loved having a student coming and going.
I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean and friendly.
The flat has pretty much all the amenities you will need.
Rent is £170 per week paid in advance with four weeks deposit. I pay some of the bills but we should share the cost of gas and electricity, paid monthly from a meter reading sent to the company.
I am outgoing. Concerts, hiking and yoga are some of my favourite pass times.
I also like to travel and I visit with my family in London regularly so you should be comfortable with being home alone sometimes.
The room is double and situated to the rear overlooking a little courtyard garden. My home is peaceful and very clean.
You would have a bathroom mostly to yourself unless I have a friend or family to visit. We would share the kitchen. No smoking please.
Supermarkets, gym, restaurants, pubs, cinemas, the absolutely gorgeous Kelvingrove park, buses, trains and subway are all less than 5 minutes walk.
