I’m looking for a flatmate to live with me in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Trongate. (Room available from 12th September)
I’m a music student who plays violin and loves to cook (and to eat it 😅). I also enjoy having good company and so I’m hoping to find someone that I can be friends with. I also like to keep things tidy, so hope I can find someone that likes things clean too!
The room comes furnished with bed and mattress, two side tables, and includes a double wardrobe. The room also has its own bathroom, and there is a shared kitchen/living space as pictured.
There is also a communal garden space shared with the other flats.
The flat has great bus links from right outside, and is right by the Barras Market and Glasgow Green. There is also a great selection of supermarkets within a 7 min walk, and the shops of Argyll Street are a 10 min walk away.
Bills are £5 p/m for internet and approx £60 p/m for gas and electric per person.
Just a side note: my landlord will require you to have a UK guarantor when signing the contract if you are interested!
