Small furnished bedroom, suitable for a single female, available in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in a very central location - Queen Street, G1 3DS making it easily accessible for all Universities in Glasgow.

2 rooms are occupied by myself and a friend - we are going into 2nd year at UoG studying dentistry and primary school teaching.

We are looking for a female flatmate who is fun and outgoing, enjoys nights out, nights in watching netflix, pub quizzes but also respects quiet time especially during exam season.

The flat will be freshly painted, your room will come with a small double bed and new mattress, side table, built in wardrobe, dressing/study table and chair. You will share the bathroom with with 1 flatmate as there is an ensuite in 1 room for myself.
The kitchen comes with new airfryer, microwave, oven/hob, dishwasher, Fridge/freezer and washing machine.

As the flat is currently being painted and still needs to be furnished I have limited photos at the moment.

The rent includes internet, gas/electric bills, however any bills over £150pm will need to be shared. Council tax is not payable as the flat will be occupied by students.
