Furnished Single Room near Glasgow Green – £500 +

A furnished single room will be available from 10th October in my flat just by Trongate/Glasgow Green – a great central spot with everything you need close by. You’ll be a few minutes’ walk from Merchant City’s cafés, bars, and shops, with easy access to supermarkets, gyms, and public transport (High Street station, Central station and St Enoch subway are both nearby). Glasgow Green is right on the doorstep, perfect for walks and outdoor space.

The room and flat are fully furnished, including a washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, and all the essentials. Rent is £500 per month plus around £100 for bills (gas, electricity, WiFi, etc.). Long-term stays are preferred (minimum 6 months).

I’m looking for a tidy flatmate, ideally a student for council tax purposes. Someone with an interest in music would be a great fit, as it’s my main hobby. Smokers and pets are welcome as long as things stay clean and respectful.
