Merchant City Flatshare - room available

I am looking for a female flatmate to join me in this lovely 2 bedroom flat in Merchant City as my current housemate is moving country. I am friendly, sociable, and enjoy both nights in and the occasional night out. My current flatmate and I sometimes go out for a coffee and we enjoy chatting at home with each other. I am looking for someone who would also be looking for this.

Since we moved into the flat in September 2024 we have looked after it well, so I would also like someone who is on the same page with keeping it nice and tidy.

Move in date is 1st of October but there can be a bit of flexibility with moving in before this date if you are able to.

The room available is a fully furnished double (see pictures) with a chest of draws and wardrobe. Rent is £600 per person per month, and the council tax is currently £110.50 per person per month (band D). The deposit is £600 and this will be due upfront with the 1st months rent installment at the beginning of the tenancy.
Bills are not included. I can give you details of these.
