The available master bedroom features a lockable door, a desk with drawers, a double ottoman storage bed and two wardrobes with built in drawers. The en-suite features additional wardrobe storage, a light up mirror, a toilet and a shower.

In the downstairs bedroom, my good friend Nick will continue to live in the flat. Nick is a working professional who communicates well and cleans after himself. He has a warm, welcoming character and has an interests in sports and socialising.

The flat is less than a 5 mins walk to Cowcaddens subway station, providing convenient transport around all of Glasgow and to Glasgow University. Queen Street and Central Station are both just a 10 mins walk. Glasgow Caledonian University is on the doorstep with just 5 mins of walk and Strathclyde is around 15 mins away.

All amenities are easily walkable, the fine Scottish seafood restaurant "Kelp" is situated directly below the flat. Glasgow Film Theatre is nearby and Sauchiehall Street is easily accessible featuring post offices, supermarkets, newsagents, libraries, cafes, restaurants, banks, barbers/hairdressers etc.

I can continue to manage the bills for heating (EPC B), electricity (EDF), internet (1Gbps Hyperoptic) and council tax (Band F), all receipts are shared within the WhatsApp chat.

My current tenant is actively looking for a new home. His notice ends 25/03/26 however earlier move in dates could be considered.
