Spare Double Room in 2 Bed Flat!

Hey guys, the other flatmate dropped out at the last minute, so I'm working with the landlord here to get this room filled, get you somewhere to stay, and most importantly get rid of my commute!

Council Tax Band B ≈ £70 each

£685 Rent + Bills and Tax ≈ £800

Pretty flexible with move in dates, but hoping for before the end of the month, and ideally as soon as possible.

Great location just next to High Street station and Strathclyde Uni, and about 10 minutes out from Queen Street.

Bright and spacious with a shared living room, and I'll even let you pick what room you want boss.

I'm working at a bar full time while doing uni part-time so I'm often out quite late at night and doing uni stuff during the day so I like to split my time equally between hanging out at home, or making the most of my staff discount for drinks. I've been told it's not a party flat, but happy to have people over occasionally to socialise as long as the neighbours are kept happy.

Ideally looking for professionals around my age for tax reasons, but happy to consider students if they're up for sorting something with Council Tax since they'll get us a 25% discount anyway.
