I am a working professional and my current flatmate, also my friend, she’s moving out due to personal commitments, hence we’re looking for a replacement for the separate double bedroom with a separate washroom that would be available from 1st August 2026.
The flat is located in the heart of the city centre and at a reasonably walkable distance from all the necessary amenities and personal entertainment.
The flat is in a fantastic condition and I am looking for a female roommate who would be interested to share the flat.

I am a working professional who has been staying in the flat since about 9 months now.
I like to keep things tidy and clean.
I love music, playing musical instruments, painting, swimming and yoga.
I am a fun and outgoing individual and would love to meet people with shared interests :)
