Student Roost Dobbie’s Point is perfect for students and international student as it is perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Glasgow Caledonian University and around 10 minutes to Strathclyde and City of Glasgow College and 20 mins through subway to Uni of Glasgow campus. You’ll also be steps away from shops, cafés, nightlife, and transport links. It is an 8 minute walk to Glasgow city centre and Buchanan Galleries which have all the shops, cafes, brands you can imagine.

The comfort of the room comes from your own en-suite bathroom, small double bed, under-bed storage, wardrobe, desk, and fast WiFi, with all bills, contents insurance, and council tax included, while sharing a modern fully equipped kitchen and lounge with flatmates.

Beyond your room, you’ll have access to incredible amenities: 24-hour gym, cinema room, study and social spaces, games rooms, outdoor courtyards, roof terraces, vending machines, laundry, secure bike storage, communal TV zones, and round-the-clock staff, reception, maintenance, and CCTV for complete peace of mind.

There is a Tesco right in the building premises and it takes less than a minute to go there for your daily essentials, and Sainsbury, Buchanan Bus station, Queen Street station, and other facilities are just a walking distance. If you prefer Halal food, there are two Halal butcheries and grocery stores just 7 minutes walk away.

In an all-female flat (with 5 other flatmates) you will be in a tenancy takeover from me for the month of December (5th December to 3rd January essentially) but your stay can be extended for a term if you want.

All documentation and payments will be done professionally and safely with the staff's help at Dobbie's Point, they will make a tenancy agreement for you to take over.

If you are coming to spend the winters or for a winter program and looking for a short stay, this place is perfect.
